What is an SEO? SEO stands for search engine optimisation, (optimization) There are many search engine optimisers available on the web but in my experience very few actually provide a service that conform to the search engine guidelines. Especially Google guidelines, which are available free on Google for anyone that cares to look. I have been optimising websites for almost ten years now and still find people using "blackhat" techniques. Blackhat is where people use spam, doorway pages, link farms etc. etc. I only use "whitehat" techniques as recommended by the search engines. If you are looking for a quick fix don't bother phoning me or emailing me because I am not interested in conning my clients or the search engines. It takes time, hard work and patience to achieve good results as well as knowledge I have had numerous enquiries over the years whereby website owners have asked me to optimise their sites because some other SEO company has managed to get them banned from Google. As anyone is aware in this industry it is very difficult to recover from a situation where your site has been banned or blacklisted, but not impossible. However I have always managed to recover every site so far and I believe this is due to the fact that I only optimise as advised by the search engines.
